We're loving it!

Today I will recommend a book. We read a lot, we've already read: "The little Ghost" (Das kleine Gespenst) by Ottfried Preussler, "The little Prince" (Der kleine Prinz) by Saint-Exupery, "Pippi Longstocking" (Pippi Langstrumpf) by Astrid Lindgren, several fairy-tales like Cinderella (Aschenputtel), SnowWhite (Schneewittchen) and so on - all in german. But right now, we have just ended one of our favorites, it's "Jim Button and Lukas the Engine Driver" (Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivfuehrer). I'm sure I have never read a more imaginative story. I don't know why, maybe because of Eninge drivers were not of my interest, when I was young, and a girl but I've never read the book. Until now. And I, no: WE LOVE it. We love the "Kindeskinder", the Pseudo-Giant (Scheinriese), the Halfdragon (Halbdrache) and the tiny Lummerland with only 4 and a half people to live on. We loved the desert "The End of the World" as much as we are laughing about the Wild 13 Lookalikes. So if you do not know what to read next. Buy and try "Jim Button".
